I use these affirmations at night especially when I’m feeling stressed and I know I need to be directed to breath. I also used specific healing meditations while healing my leg which I injured skiing. I incorporated “bath yoga” and a breath series which I’d be happy to share with you, just msg me. Isn’t it exciting to know that our bodies are always rooting for us, always doing everything it can to heal but it heals best when we are free from stress and negative feelings. It’s a practice and our cells deserve this practice.
