I use these affirmations at night especially when I’m feeling a bit stressed and I know I need to be directed to breath. I also use the first two while healing my leg which I injured skiing. I incorporate bath yoga and breath series I’d be happy to share with you, just msg me. Our bodies are always routing for us, always doing everything they can to heal but they heal best when we are free from stress and negative feelings. It’s a practice and our cells deserve this practice.
